WSH Coordinator (East, 5 Days, $5k)

Salary: $4000 to $5,000 (based on qualifications and experience)
Work Days: 5 Days
Work Location: East
Work Terms: Full-Time Permanent with benefits

Responsibilities
• Ensure compliance with workplace health, safety, and environmental regulations, company policies and site safety requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify unsafe acts, hazardous conditions, and non-compliance issues.
• Perform risk assessments and recommend appropriate corrective and preventive control measures.
• Conduct safety inductions, toolbox meetings, and HSE awareness training for employees and contractors.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-miss cases, and prepare detailed investigation reports with follow-up actions.
• Maintain accurate HSE documentation including permits, inspection records, training records, and safety reports.
• Monitor contractors, vendors, and site personnel to ensure compliance with safety procedures and proper use of personal protective equipment.
• Support internal and external audits, regulatory inspections, and compliance-related activities.
• Promote a strong safety culture and continuous improvement in workplace safety practices.

Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Environmental Science, Engineering or related discipline
• Registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer or Coordinator required
• At least 2 years of relevant experience preferably in industrial or manufacturing environments
• Familiar with Singapore workplace safety regulations, risk assessment methodologies and incident investigation processes
• Good communication, interpersonal, and report-writing skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with site teams, contractors and stakeholders
• Singaporean only need apply
