Job Description

• Assist in managing bakery operations, including inventory control and quality assurance
• Support the head baker in planning and implementing directives from management
• Supervise and train bakery staff, fostering a positive work environment
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards

Job Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a bakery or related food service environment as a Supervisory role
• Able to work until 10pm/10:30pm
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, 6 days a week, including weekends and public holidays
