As a Process Analyst – Risk and Compliance (Operations) you will be responsible for tasks related to the administration of the new account process, document management, mail support, and various responsibilities in the Operations department. Efforts will be directed towards enhancing efficiency in both new and existing procedures. Your primary responsibilities include: · Establish new client accounts in the CRM database and follow up on missing client documents. · Create, merge, and send welcome letters to clients via email. · Store and retrieve documents from the database. · Project and administrative support including data entry. · Graduate in Finance, Banking, or related field with 2+ years of experience in customer documentation and managing client accounts. · Capability to handle substantial volumes accurately and promptly. · Proficient typing skills · Proficient in MS Office applications and proven analytical skills required to organize and analyze multiple, complex data sets. · Self-directed and ambitious achiever. · Meeting targets effectively. · Skilled in thriving under deadlines and contributing to change management, showcasing strong interpersonal teamwork.
