Project Coordinator

Job Description

• responsible for technical drawings, project schedule
• to coordinate works on/off site;
• to liaise closely with clients and designers with proper documentation
• to plan and work closely with team members and production team to ensure timely delivery and completion of projects
• to monitor projects with progress reports and submit to client
• to carry out inspection of materials/products delivered on site
• to prepare site for proper handover for client to sign and takeover site
• ad-hoc duties assigned, if any

Requirements

• technical skill in furniture construction will be preferred
• experience in A&A works under commercial and hospitality sector is preferred
• self-motivated and good working attitude
• able to work independently as well as a good team player
• strong problem-solving and follow-up skill
