Inventory Specialist (Forklift/Tuas/MNC)

• Managed the receipt, inspection, and verification of incoming materials to ensure accuracy and compliance with quality standards.

• Oversaw warehouse storage operations, maintaining organized inventory and ensuring proper stock control procedures.

• Conducted inventory monitoring, stock reconciliations, and periodic stocktakes to maintain accurate inventory records.

• Coordinated material issuance, transfers, and inventory data updates while liaising with internal teams to support operational requirements.

• Maintained warehouse safety and housekeeping standards while demonstrating strong teamwork and collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Requirement:

• Diploma or higher qualification to liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders across China and overseas.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications with a proactive and responsible work attitude, strong execution and communication skills, and possession of a valid forklift operator license.
