In this role, you will help shape the future of strategic business relationships. You will serve as the executive to enterprises, leverage existing relationships with Chief Executive Officers (CEOs) and C-level executives, and develop relationships with business unit leaders to understand their unique company issues to influence their perspective of Google solutions.

France: €124000 - €128000 (EUR) + 150% bonus target + equity + benefits

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute a multi-year, overarching business transformation strategy aligning Google Cloud’s product roadmap with the long-term business goals.
  • Lead and orchestrate a cross-functional team of Customer Engineers, Customer Success Managers, Partners, and Professional Services (PSO) to deliver a unified, experience for the customer.
  • Structure, discuss, and close complex, high-value commercial agreements and multi-year commitments that maximize business value.
  • Monitor account health, migration velocity, and consumption metrics to identify blockers early, ensuring continuously realizes value from their cloud investments.
  • Build and maintain deep, trusted relationships with executive leadership to influence their digital roadmap.

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in leading software sales and account management at an enterprise business-to-business software company.
  • Experience in account management, promoting a portfolio of products at C-level.
  • Ability to communicate in English and French fluently to drive sales in France.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in promoting infrastructure software, databases, analytic tools, or applications software.
  • Experience working with and managing partners in complex implementation projects.
  • Experience working with customers in the retail segment.
  • Experience with large complex commercial and legal agreements working with Procurement, Legal, and Business teams.
  • Ability to work with sales engineers and customer technical leads to inventory existing software estate, define migration plans, and build business cases for migrations.
  • Ability to provide advice to executive management.
