Responsibilities
- Drive the product roadmap for sign-in, account switching, and account management across the YouTube Living Room ecosystem (e.g., Smart TVs, gaming consoles, and streaming devices).
- Drive engagement by making multi-account setup and switching between accounts effortless.
- Design and implement account protections and privacy controls tailored for a shared-device environment, ensuring users feel secure and in control of their personal data.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3 years of experience in product management.
- Experience taking consumer technical products from conception to launch.
- Experience utilizing data, analytics, and A/B testing to drive product growth, user acquisition, or engagement metrics.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
- 2 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical presentations to executive leadership.
- 2 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales finance, and other stakeholders.
- Experience in product management for video streaming or connected TV platforms.
- Knowledge of identity and access management (e.g., OAuth, authentication, profile management) and the evolving digital video landscape
- Excellent technical execution skills, with the ability to run experiments and use data to rationalize and iterate on product ideas.
