Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented People Systems Project Manager with strong experience in HR systems, HR operations, and process optimization. This role will support the growth and scalability of the People function by leading HR systems implementations, integrations, and workflow improvements.
The ideal candidate combines HRIS expertise with operational HR knowledge and understands how technology capabilities align with real-world People processes. Experience within HR Operations, HRBP functions, or People Systems is highly valued.

Reporting Line

This role reports directly to the Head of Projects and Programs (Enterprise Technologies), with a dotted-line reporting relationship to the Head of People Systems.
The People Systems team owns the strategy and governance for core HR platforms, while this role is responsible for project execution, delivery, and driving scalable process improvements in partnership with HR stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead HR systems and process improvement projects from planning through rollout
  • Partner with People Operations, HRBPs, and Operations teams to optimize workflows and system usage
  • Translate HR business requirements into scalable system solutions and process documentation
  • Drive implementation and optimization of HRIS workflows, automations, and integrations
  • Use project management tools (e.g., Jira) to manage timelines, priorities, and reporting
  • Identify opportunities for process simplification, automation, and standardization
  • Ensure data accuracy, governance, and compliance across People systems
  • Manage stakeholder communication, expectations, and adoption across projects
Required Qualifications:
  • Strong experience with HRIS platforms and People systems
  • Background in HR Operations, HRBP, People Systems, or related functions
  • Experience managing HR systems implementations or transformation projects
  • Strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes and HR workflows
  • Ability to balance business needs with system capabilities and scalability
  • Excellent project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with platforms such as Workday, HiBob, BambooHR, or SuccessFactors
  • Familiarity with Jira or similar project management tools
  • Experience with workflow automation and process optimization initiatives
  • PMP, Scrum Master, or HRIS-related certifications
