Job Responsibilities

• Administered and maintained AWS and Azure cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability, stability, and optimal performance of production environments.

• Installed, configured, and supported Windows and Linux servers, performing routine maintenance, patching, and system administration.

• Monitored cloud infrastructure, system health, and application performance using CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and native monitoring tools, proactively identifying and resolving issues.

• Performed system health checks, pre- and post-patch validation, and performance testing to ensure operational readiness and service reliability.

• Supported AWS and Azure workloads, monitoring resource utilization and optimizing compute, storage, and networking performance.

• Conducted infrastructure testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and validation for system upgrades, configuration changes, and production releases.

• Troubleshot Windows, Linux, network, and cloud infrastructure issues, performing root cause analysis and coordinating with cross-functional teams to restore services within SLA.

• Supported backup, recovery, and disaster recovery testing, ensuring business continuity and compliance with operational standards.

• Maintained technical documentation, including system configurations, operational procedures, change records, and test results.

• Participated in 24x7 production support and on-call rotations, responding to critical incidents, outages, and weekend maintenance activities.

• Collaborated with infrastructure, security, and application teams to implement cloud best practices, improve operational efficiency, and enhance platform reliability.

• Supported ITIL processes including incident, problem, change, and release management, ensuring controlled and compliant production operations.
