Maintain and reconcile core trading analytics frameworks across multiple asset classes (spot, perpetuals, futures, forex), ensuring consistency in data definitions, metric calculations, and reporting standards.2. Lead technical analysis of trading parameters including funding rate mechanics, mark price methodology, ADL (Auto Deleveraging) trigger patterns, and unified margin model behavior.3. Review comprehensive technical memos and analytical frameworks on trading operations, market microstructure, and liquidity dynamics; validate assumptions and methodologies.4. Lead the adoption of new trading products and market structure changes; assess accounting and operational implications for user portfolios and risk calculations.5. Act as the technical lead in responding to internal and external stakeholder inquiries regarding trading mechanics, fee structures, liquidation rules, and API rate limit impacts on business operations.What you'll need1. 5+ years of technical experience in trading analytics, quantitative analysis, or market operations with a verifiable track record of managing complex multi-asset trading data ecosystems.2. Direct experience analyzing and optimizing trading mechanics across derivatives (perpetuals, futures) and spot markets; demonstrated ability to translate market microstructure into operational insights.3. Expert-level knowledge of derivatives trading frameworks, particularly perpetual funding rates, mark price methodologies, unified margin models, and liquidation mechanics.4. Significant tenure within a tier-1 crypto exchange, quantitative trading firm, market-making desk, or institutional trading operation; or equivalent experience at a traditional derivatives exchange or brokerage.5. Proven experience as a key technical contributor to cross-functional trading operations projects, including liquidity provider optimization, risk analytics, or product mechanics analysis.6.
