Operations Manager - Guadalajara
Job Description

Overview AI is expanding into Mexico.
We've proven our technology with customers across North America and are now building the operational foundation that will support our growth in Mexico. We're looking for our first Operations Manager in the region to help make that happen.
This role is about building. You'll establish our office and inventory hub in Guadalajara, implement inventory systems, manage logistics and customs processes, support customer fulfillment, and create the operational infrastructure that allows the business to scale.
You'll have significant ownership, direct exposure to company leadership, and the opportunity to build processes from the ground up rather than inherit them.
Why This Role Matters
As we expand our presence in Mexico, reliable operations become a competitive advantage.
Our customers depend on us to deliver equipment on time, maintain inventory accuracy, and support deployments without operational friction. This role will be responsible for creating the systems and processes that make that possible.
Success in this role means customers receive what they need when they need it, internal teams can operate efficiently, and Overview AI has a scalable foundation for long-term growth in Mexico.
