Compliance Manager

A leading regional financial institution with a strong presence across Asia is looking for an experienced Compliance Manager to join its growing team.

In this role, you will provide regulatory advisory support, oversee compliance governance activities, and help ensure the organization maintains a robust compliance framework in line with applicable regulatory requirements. You will work closely with business and support functions to assess regulatory changes, conduct compliance reviews, maintain policies and procedures, and provide guidance on regulatory matters to support the organization's ongoing compliance obligations.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years of regulatory compliance experience within the banking sector, with a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks. Candidates should have comprehensive knowledge of business standards, policies, and procedures within a banking environment, with exposure to private banking considered an advantage.
