Security Systems Technician (CCTV, Access Control & Alarm Systems) | Up to $2300

Salary: $2,300 per month Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM Work Schedule: 5-Day Work Week Job Responsibilities

• Execute service and maintenance activities efficiently to meet operational and customer requirements.

• Perform troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance of security systems and equipment.

• Liaise closely with clients regarding service and maintenance matters, ensuring timely communication and resolution.

• Support supervisors in coordinating daily operations, task assignments, and service delivery.

• Manage day-to-day client interactions and expectations to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Ensure all service works are completed within scheduled timelines and according to company standards.

• Comply with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and company safety procedures at all times.

• Prepare service reports and maintain accurate maintenance records.

Requirements

• Minimum Nitec in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related discipline.

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in service, maintenance, or technical support roles.

• Hands-on experience with security systems such as Integrated Security Management Systems (ISMS), Card Access Systems, Intrusion Detection Systems, and CCTV systems.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Good interpersonal and communication skills to effectively support clients and service operations.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Possess a positive attitude and customer-oriented mindset.
