Business Analyst

Role - Business Analyst ( Avaloq) We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support the implementation of a Portfolio Management System (PMS) in a financial services environment. The successful candidate will analyse business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and work with stakeholders to deliver effective solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Analyse and document investment and portfolio management processes.

• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements.

• Prepare business and functional documentation for PMS implementation.

• Collaborate with business and technology teams to ensure project objectives are met.

• Ensure solutions align with business requirements and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• 10 to 15 years of experience in business analysis and process improvement.

• Hands-on experience in Portfolio Management System (PMS) implementation.

• Experience with BlackRock Aladdin and Avaloq platforms.

• Good understanding of investment products and portfolio management processes.

• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience in Financial Services or Asset Management is preferred.

• Knowledge of risk analytics and portfolio rebalancing processes is an advantage.
