QA/QC Supervisor (Electronics Manufacturing) | Up to $4K+ @ Data Centre, East

Quality Lead (Electronics Manufacturing) Ensure World-Class Quality for Global Technology (AI/Data Centre) Products What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and manage a team of Quality Inspectors.

• Conduct inspections and quality checks throughout the manufacturing process.

• Investigate product defects and identify root causes.

• Work closely with Production and Engineering teams to resolve quality issues.

• Prepare quality reports, audit records, and documentation.

• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and quality procedures.

• Train employees on quality requirements and best practices.

• Support new product introductions and continuous improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2–3 years of leadership experience in Quality Assurance or Quality Control.

• Experience in electronics, EMS, semiconductor or manufacturing environments.

• Knowledge of ISO quality systems and documentation.

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

• Good communication and report-writing abilities.

• Able to work rotating shifts.

Salary: Up to S$4,300 + Shift Allowances + Bonuses Working hours: 4 days/42hrs per week, 12hrs shift, Permanent Sunday Off, Day/Night shifts Location: Tampines Ave 5
