Manufacturing Lead Behind the Technology Powering AI & Cloud Computing What You'll Be Doing

• Lead and supervise a team of production operators to achieve daily manufacturing targets.

• Ensure products are assembled according to quality, safety, and operational standards.

• Monitor production schedules, output, and productivity levels.

• Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate corrective actions.

• Train, coach, and motivate team members to improve performance.

• Ensure compliance with ISO procedures, work instructions, and safety regulations.

• Prepare production reports and communicate updates to management.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2–3 years of Team Lead / Supervisor experience in manufacturing or production.

• Experience in electronics, semiconductor, EMS, or assembly environments preferred.

• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.

• Basic computer knowledge and reporting skills.

• Able to work rotating shifts.

Salary: Up to S$4,500 + Shift Allowances + Bonuses Working hours: 4 days/42hrs per week, 12hrs shift, Permanent Sunday Off, Day/Night shifts Location: Tampines Ave 5
