Project Site Engineer (Construction/Sub-con) | S$3,800 basic + bonus

Site/Project Engineer (Civil Engineering) We are seeking a results-driven Project Engineer (Civil Engineering) to support the planning, coordination, execution, and successful delivery of construction projects.

• S$3,300-S$4,000 basic + bonus

• 6 days, Mon-Sat, 8:30AM-5:30PM

• Onsite (construction site)

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily construction activities to ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, work schedules, and progress reports.

• Monitor site operations, manpower deployment, subcontractor performance, and material usage.

• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.

• Review engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documents to ensure compliance with project requirements.

• Identify project risks, resolve technical and site issues promptly, and implement corrective actions when necessary.

• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, construction regulations, building codes, and safety requirements.

• Conduct regular site inspections and monitor work quality to meet project standards and client expectations.

• Prepare project documentation, progress claims, variation orders, and site reports.

• Attend project meetings and provide updates on project status, milestones, and deliverables.

• Support project completion, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

• 1 year of relevant experience as a Project Engineer or Project Manager within the construction industry.

• Proven track record in successfully delivering construction or civil engineering projects.

• Strong project management skills

• Construction regulations, building codes, quality requirements, and workplace safety standards.

• Able to travel between project sites independently.
