Tech Lead / Senior Software Engineer (Platform & Infrastructure) - JN

Lead the design and delivery of secure, scalable, and cloud-native platforms while mentoring engineers and driving engineering excellence.

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and operate cloud-native infrastructure and platform services.

• Develop backend systems, automation tools, and platform capabilities using Golang.

• Drive architecture decisions, technical standards, and engineering best practices.

• Lead CI/CD, automation, observability, and reliability initiatives.

• Mentor engineers through code reviews, technical guidance, and capability development.

• Collaborate closely with product and engineering stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions.

• Champion documentation, architecture governance, and continuous improvement.

• Work in an Agile environment focused on quality, innovation, and operational excellence.

What We're Looking For

• Strong expertise in Golang, Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, and DevOps practices.

• Proven experience leading technical teams and delivering complex platform solutions.

• Passion for scalable architecture, automation, reliability, and engineering excellence.

Working Location : Central

Looking for candidate with at least 7 years of working experience in Golang development. Experience in Singpass and GCC+ is an advantage
