Partner Engineer -Gaming
Job Description
Our client is a leading MultiTech Social Media company. Our client is seeking an experienced Partner Engineer (Gaming) to join their team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the success of our gaming ecosystem by collaborating closely with developers and cross-functional teams. Your expertise will help drive innovation, strengthen partnerships, and ensure seamless integration across platforms. This is a 12 month contract role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with gaming developer partners by leveraging technical and soft skills to address complex technical and business needs.
- Collaborate with product engineering teams and cross-functional partners to develop new products and enhance existing solutions that align with business objectives.
- Utilize product insights to deliver high-quality project implementations and influence the product roadmap to meet strategic goals.
- Maintain effective communication with industry partners and internal stakeholders, fostering collaboration and information sharing.
- Mentor team members, conduct code reviews, and use data-driven insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a software engineer, with a proven track record of building and shipping production-quality code from technology, gaming industry.
- Expertise in developing reliable, scalable, and maintainable software, with strong collaboration with reviewers, clear milestones, documentation, and testing plans.
- Proficiency in open-source languages such as PHP, Python, Java, or JavaScript frameworks, and solid experience in software design and architecture.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts effectively to non-technical audiences and work collaboratively in diverse teams.
- Experience with large-scale data collection, analytics-driven decision-making, and contributing to open-source projects or shared code repositories.
- Should have good communication and stakeholder management skills
