FloQast’s Consulting Program empowers accounting advisory firms to deliver greater value to their clients by equipping them with our market-leading close and compliance management platform. We partner closely with these firms—bringing our mutual end clients a best in class product within the record to report space.
We’re seeking a Manager, Strategic Alliances to be the driving force behind expanding our Consulting Partner Program. This is a trailblazing role—someone who will set the tone, establish best practices, and move with pace. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of building and scaling consulting partnerships within the OCFO consulting ecosystem and thrives in breaking into and growing relationships with high-impact firms, including the Big Four and other top consultancies.
This person will run and expand a team of Alliance Managers and Associates as well as own some strategic alliance partnerships.

What You'll Do:
- Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing team of Alliance Managers and Associates, fostering a culture of accountability and professional growth.
- Design and execute the North America consulting partnership roadmap, aligning team quotas and activities with FloQast’s overarching revenue targets.
- Establish standardized playbooks for partner onboarding and enablement to ensure a consistent and scalable experience across the NA region.
- Drive data-driven decision-making by tracking team KPIs, pipeline health, and partner-sourced revenue via SalesforceBuild and deepen relationships with strategic partners, including Big Four and other top advisory firms.
- Partner with Sales Leadership to bridge the gap between our consulting partners and Account Executives, ensuring seamless workflows and territory alignment.
- Collaborate with Partner Marketing to develop specialized campaigns, webinars, and regional events tailored to the OCFO (Office of the CFO) audience.
- Act as a feedback loop between our most strategic partners and the Product team, ensuring the FloQast roadmap continues to solve the complex needs of the accounting advisory ecosystem.
- Represent FloQast at partner meetings, industry events, and executive briefings to strengthen our ecosystem presence.
- Handle issues expediently with extreme professionalism
- Travel will be 30%+
- Any other duties or tasks that may be assigned to help the company meet its goals
What You'll Bring:
- 8+ years in SaaS-based Technologies
- Experience and success in an Alliances role is required
- Experience working in the Accounting Advisory/Consulting domain (Big 4 is a plus)
- Experience negotiating partner contracts with C-Level executives
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to run timely, accurate meetings with C-Level executives and deliver compelling presentations
- Tenacious and committed to exceeding targets
- Commitment to self-improvement and success
- Team player with a collaborative orientation
- Ability to remain organized and execute in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
Nice to Haves:
- CPA and/or public accounting experience is a huge bonus but not required
- Experience working in the ERP / accounting / financial management / financial ops domain and working with FinTech a plus but not required
