Technical Sales Engineer (WFH | AWS | Performance Bonus)

Job Description We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Technical Sales Engineer to support business growth in power supply and power test solutions. In this role, you will combine technical knowledge with sales expertise to understand customer needs, recommend suitable solutions, and drive revenue growth. You will also work closely with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales of AC/DC power supplies, programmable power sources, and testing solutions

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and customers

• Manage and grow existing customer accounts

• Gather customer requirements and propose suitable technical solutions

• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations

• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals

• Provide support across pre-sales and after-sales stages

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering or related field

• Minimum 2 years of experience in technical sales or applications engineering

• Basic knowledge of power electronics and AC/DC systems

• Familiar with electrical specifications such as voltage and current

• Ability to read and interpret datasheets and schematics

• Strong communication and presentation skills

• Customer-oriented with good problem-solving ability

• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven

Preferred (Good to Have)

• Experience in power supplies or test & measurement equipment

• Background in industrial electronics, automation, or energy industries

• Experience handling RFQs, tenders, or distributor networks

Other Information

• Working Location: Toa Payoh, Singapore

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM

• Work Arrangement: Hybrid arrangement available after probation
