- Responsible for the implementation, operation and maintenance of application & network infrastructure services that meet project requirements and business needs, and is aligned to Government’s policies, standards and procedures.
- Be part of the Application Infrastructure Services and Operation (AISO) team to plan, develop, and support the infrastructure services for applications system.
- Manages vendors in the delivery of design, set up, operation and security patching for Government Cloud (GCC) and On-prem (Agency Server room/Data Centre) and support the adoption of SaaS products.
- Support network activities on contractual matters, SLA and operational issues. Have some experience (1 to 3 years) in various network technology used for LAN, WAN, VPN, Internet routing, etc.
- Work with vendors on the delivery of services for government-wide network infrastructure and services, ensuring efficient operations management, compliance to policies and standards.
- Ensures infrastructure setup compliance to IM8 & hardening guide.
- Handle IM8 compliance and Audits (preparation, responses and closures)
- Monitor project progress and schedule.
- Manages issues and risks, evaluate and assess result of project.
- Maintains report and provides regular updates to management.
- Ensure assigned projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
