About the Role
The Global ODM Fulfillment Operations team, part of a leading global supply chain organization, partners closely with supply chain vendors to build and deliver large-scale AI, compute, and storage infrastructure. Data centers serve as the foundation of this infrastructure, supported by strategic partnerships with Original Design Manufacturers (ODMs).
This team drives operational performance across ODM partners by establishing key metrics, ensuring execution excellence, and leading continuous improvement initiatives. The team is responsible for supporting the on-time delivery of hardware across the supply chain.
Operating in a highly dynamic environment, the team collaborates across engineering, new product introduction (NPI), mass production, and sustaining functions. The role requires agile problem-solving and strong cross-functional engagement to support infrastructure development.
Job Summary
The Mass Production Materials Planner plays a critical role in ensuring the timely availability and flow of materials to manufacturing partners. This role supports the delivery of compute, storage, and AI infrastructure to datacenters and warehouses by optimizing supply chain processes and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities
1. Materials Procurement & Logistics
Coordinate with ODM partners, internal stakeholders, and suppliers to manage procurement and logistics for the full Bill of Materials (BOM), includingL6/L10/L11 components.
Execute purchase orders (POs) with ODMs as required.
2. Materials Planning & MRP Execution
Collaborate with ODMs and planning teams to ensure accurate subcomponent supply data.
Drive on-time delivery of components in line with forecasts and build requirements.
Ensure MRP readiness and alignment with forecasts and purchase commitments.
3. Risk Management & Mitigation
Identify and proactively mitigate material risks such as shortages and supply disruptions.
Engage suppliers and support execution to maintain delivery schedules.
4. Supplier & Partner Management
Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams, ODM partners, and suppliers.
Monitor supplier production schedules and capacity planning.
5. Data Analysis & Reporting
Analyze supply-demand data and MRP outputs to guide planning decisions.
Support KPI tracking for material planning, procurement, and supply chain performance.
Partner with inventory teams to maintain optimal stock levels across locations.
6. Material Allocation Support
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize material allocation and maximize supply output.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
Relevant experience in procurement, operations, or supply chain (technology industry preferred).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment and manage competing priorities.
Strong project management and multitasking capabilities.
Experience working across cross-functional and global teams.
Additional language skills may be beneficial where required to communicate with suppliers or stakeholders in specific markets.
Preferred Qualifications
Exposure to computer manufacturing, production, or hardware configuration.
Familiarity with hardware components and industry terminology.
Experience working in cross-functional, fast-paced environments requiring independent decision-making.

Salary range : S$8,000.00–S$10,000.00
