5 days Mechanical Engineer up to $6500 (Woodlands)

Mechanical Engineer Salary: $3,500 - $6,500 Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm Location: Woodlands

Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and improve mechanical components, systems, and equipment.

• Support product development activities, including design, testing, manufacturing, and installation.

• Perform equipment testing, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair.

• Analyse equipment performance and recommend improvements.

• Prepare technical drawings, documentation, and reports.

• Liaise with project teams, suppliers, and customers to ensure successful project completion.

• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and engineering standards.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related discipline.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant mechanical engineering experience.

• Experience in semiconductor or industrial equipment environment is preferred.

• Proficient in CAD software and mechanical design.

• Able to read and interpret mechanical drawings.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in equipment troubleshooting and repair is an advantage.

• Knowledge of semiconductor equipment or die bonder processes will be an added advantage.

• Familiarity with CAD, CAM, MATLAB, or LabVIEW is preferred.
