Job Title: Senior R&D Engineer (ID1658) Location: Pioneer, transport pick up Singapore Working Hours: Mon to Fri 8:30am – 17:30pm Salary: $4000 - $5000 Benefit: 12 days Annual Leave, AWS and Variable Bonus

Job Description • Ensure the sputtering machine is tuned to operate at maximum capacity without compromising performance. • Adjust the sputtering parameters to maintain high-quality output, minimizing defects and inconsistencies. • Regularly monitor and maintain the sputtering equipment to ensure it remains in optimal condition. • Optimize the sputtering process to maximize the efficient use of materials, reducing waste. • Work closely with teams from different departments to ensure smooth operations and address any cross-functional issues. • Analyze data from the sputtering process to identify trends, issues, and areas for improvement. • Based on data analysis, make precise adjustments to the sputtering machine to enhance performance and quality. • Implement a continuous improvement approach to keep refining the sputtering process and achieve better results over time.
