Functional Business Analyst (Personal Data Protection - PDPA)

- Overall 6–9 years of professional experience, with at least 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Hands-on experience supporting Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) or other data privacy and regulatory compliance initiatives.
- Strong experience in business requirements gathering, functional analysis, process mapping, and solution design.
- Experience preparing BRDs, FSDs, user stories, process flows, and functional documentation.
- Good understanding of data privacy principles, consent management, data retention, data classification, and personal data lifecycle management.
- Experience working across the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Hands-on experience supporting SIT, UAT, defect management, and production deployment activities.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
- Experience using requirement management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar.
