Finance Analyst (Payments & Reconciliation) – Contract

Key Responsibilities

• Process daily Host-to-Host (H2H) payments for insurance payouts, commissions, and incentives, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Manage payment rejections — liaise with Life Operations to investigate, communicate outcomes, and process reversals
• Upload and maintain daily payment status updates across internal systems and SharePoint for timely customer service delivery
• Perform payment and bank reconciliation, investigating and resolving variances promptly
• Handle stop payment requests, including preparation of bank upload files and verification of fund refunds
• Manage stale payments — update statuses, verify fund credits, and process reversals and journal entries
