Java AppDev Technical Programmer

Job Description & Requirements Must have skills

• 5–8 years of experience in Java (8+/11+), Spring Boot, Spring MVC

• Strong experience in RESTful API development

• Strong experience in React, Front End

• Working knowledge of API security (OAuth2, JWT, basic encryption)

• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases

• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and code quality tools

• Agile delivery experience in onshore/offshore model

• BFSI domain experience preferred

Job Description

• Develop and maintain Java-based REST APIs and microservices aligned to agreed architecture and standards along with React technical knowledge to work end to end for the squad driven delivery model

• Implement business requirements with strong focus on code quality, performance, and security.

• Integrate APIs with backend systems, databases, and external services.

• Perform unit testing, integration testing, and support defect resolution.

• Participate in code reviews and adhere to CI/CD and DevSecOps pipelines.

• Support release activities, production deployments, and incident resolution.

• Coordinate effectively with onshore leads and offshore development teams.
