Index Data Operations Specialist

Passionate about indices, market data and operational excellence? Help shape and evolve a world-class benchmark platform. We’re looking for an experienced operations professional to manage and enhance a benchmark/index platform. Responsibilities:

• Manage daily benchmark/index operations, ensuring timely and accurate calculations and publication.

• Maintain strong data quality, controls and governance.

• Investigate and resolve data and operational issues.

• Drive automation, process improvements and platform enhancements.

• Partner with technology, data and business teams to deliver strategic initiatives.

• Support stakeholders on benchmark/index-related matters.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 5-10 years’ experience in index, benchmark, market data or investment operations.

• Strong understanding of financial markets and investment products.

• Experience with Bloomberg, MSCI, Refinitiv, S&P, Markit or similar data providers.

• Python, SQL or Tableau experience is an advantage.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

• Passion for improving processes through automation and AI.
