Test Technician (Fresh Graduate Welcome/MNC Semiconductor)

The client is the world leading semiconductor company from USA. It is ranked as one of the “Top Best Places to Work in Singapore”. Below position is open urgently.

Position: Test Technician (12 months Contract, Renewable) Venue: Bendemeer Working Hours: Normal Working Hours

Summary: Responsible for performing electrical troubleshooting to determine problems in non-functioning test equipment.

Job Responsibilities:

• Labs 6s Maintenance: to ensure that Labs are compliance to 6s protocol (Sort,Stabilize, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, Safety) at all times.

• Labs Inventory Management: keep track on SSD drives/tools/accessories thatare in the labs.

• Systems Installation: install new servers on the server rack or transfer servers from rack to rack.

• Liaise with other teams on 6s audit, items transfer, items collection

• OS installation and issue debugging

• Test script execution and test run monitoring

• System and drive level debugging using software programs, oscilloscopes, busanalyzers, and other diagnostic tools.

Job Requirement:

• Diploma in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or other Engineering Field

• Familiarity with 6s protocol and lab safety standards

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, able to liaise with other teams effectively

• Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive, able to manage labs inventory and perform systems installation efficiently

• Basic knowledge on Electrical, Servers or Computers and good cable management skill.

• Ability to follow 6s protocol and lab safety standards when installing servers.

• Proficient in OS installation, test script execution, and issue debugging.
