ONSITE SYSTEM ENGINEER

Job Descriptions:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on front end equipment island wide. Front-end equipment refers to vehicle on-board equipment and site equipment

• Perform 1st level of support to meet project service level agreement (Response Time at 90min and Turnaround Time Job Requirements (please indicate desired academic qualifications, experience and any other additional requirements):

• Minimum ITE / Diploma in Mechatronics/Electrical/Electronics/IT or equivalent

• Good knowledge of PC hardware and operation system

• Some working experiences are preferred

• Good interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to work well in a team, as well as able to work independently

• Ability to prioritize and manage workload.

• Ability to accept rotating schedule for work on night standby and weekend standby

• Required to work shift if necessary

Special Knowledge or Skills:

• Common PC hardware troubleshooting and Operation System working knowledge

• Basic Electrical Knowledge (is an advantage)
