Job Description
Join Shopify's Enterprise team and lead the charge against complex, developer-dependent commerce platforms. You will be the evangelist that brings new Fortune 500 merchants to Shopify by building an undeniable business case for transformation. You’ll win by proving our platform's significantly lower Total Cost of Ownership and radically faster time-to-market. Your mission is to empower the world's largest brands to escape the operational bottlenecks of legacy systems, championing a future where business teams are in control and innovation happens in weeks, not years.

What You'll Get To Do
Develop and refine a sales playbook to educate CXOs on Shopify’s value, facilitating large, complex evaluations alongside Solution Engineers, Partners, Sales Enablement, Legal, Product, and Finance teams.
Design and implement multi-product pipeline generation strategies in collaboration with sales, marketing, partnerships, and event teams.
Engage with Fortune 1000 enterprise businesses to enhance strategies around commerce, store operations, and point-of-sale (POS).
Provide proactive and precise forecasting to set clear short-term and long-term priorities with actionable plans.
Build influential relationships with C-level executives in large companies.
Attract and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of experimentation, development, and consistent performance.
Support and drive Shopify’s global expansion efforts.
Lead by example, sharing your expertise and experiences to inspire and guide the team.
Qualifications:
Fluent in Italian
Experience selling commerce to F500 enterprises
Demonstrated track record of building and closing net-new business through self-directed outbound prospecting
Proven experience in creating and scaling sales strategies and playbooks.
Demonstrated ability to generate multi-product pipelines and drive complex sales evaluations.
Deep understanding of retail and ecommerce
Strong forecasting skills with a track record of setting and achieving ambitious goals.
Experience in influencing C-level executives in large corporations.
Passion for supporting and realizing global business aspirations.
