Job Title: Chemist (QA department) (ID1403) Location: Pioneer Kian Teck Working Hours: Mon to Fri 8.30am -5.30pm Basic Salary: $3200 Allowance: $450 + daily transport claim

Job Description • Carry out the inspection and testing of materials. • Carry out calibration of measuring and testing equipments. • Control the product and raw material quality. • Control the measuring and test equipments. • Control the Material Review Report and Corrective Action Request (Material). • Control the Tuv Sud PSB certified product quality to comply the requirements. • Carry out the inspection and testing of materials. • Carry out the calibration of measuring and testing equipments. • Identify any product quality problems. • Fill in the In-coming Material Receipt Sheets and issue the "PASS" labels. • Verify material quantities stated on PCC against print out sheet attached. • Indicate quality status of materials tested in Daily Production Status Sheet. • Recommend or provide solutions for product non-conformity. • Submit monthly reports. • Arrange and tidy the lab and office.
