QA Engineer (Chemical/ Semiconductor/ Customer Quality/ Regional Travel/ No exp welcomed!)

• Location: North

• Working hrs: Mon - Fri, 8am - 5.30 (Company transport provided at west & north west)

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer quality issues and drive continuous improvement of products and processes.

• Work closely with the process team to investigate quality concerns and implement corrective and preventive actions.

• Support process optimization, benchmarking, and improvement projects using quality and statistical tools.

• Prepare and manage quality reports and documentation.

• Coordinate and support external audits to ensure compliance with ISO and IATF standards.

Requirements

• Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related field.

• Experience in the semiconductor industry and customer quality support is an advantage.

• Knowledge of quality tools such as FMEA, SPC, 8D, DOE, and JMP is preferred.

• Familiarity with IATF 16949 and ISO quality management systems is an added advantage.

• Willingness to travel overseas when required.
