GIS Engineer

· 8+ years of experience in GIS development and spatial data analysis · Strong expertise in ESRI ArcGIS Enterprise suite, including ArcGIS Server ·        ArcGISPortal ·        ArcGISEnterprise SDK ·        ArcGISPro ·        Extensiveexperience with FME Desktop and FME Server ·        Proficiencyin developing and consuming REST APIs for spatial services ·        Strongunderstanding of spatial databases (Oracle Spatial, PostGIS) · Basic experience with Python scripting for GIS automation ·        Knowledgeof web mapping technologies and standards (OGC) · Experience working in agile development environments TechnicalSkills: · ESRI Products: ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS API for JavaScript · FME: Desktop and Server workflows · Programming: Python, JavaScript · Relational and Spatial Databases: Oracle Spatial or PostGIS and Oracle or MySQL or MSSQLServer ·  WebServices: REST APIs, SOAP · Version Control: GitLab or equivalent · Spatial Analysis Tools & Data Transformation Tools
