Technical Lead (SharePoint and Nintex) | Contract

Key Responsibilities

• Install, configure, administer, maintain, and upgrade Microsoft SharePoint environments.

• Configure and manage SharePoint permissions, user access, authentication, and security settings.

• Administer SharePoint service applications, including Search, Managed Metadata, User Profile, and Business Connectivity Services.

• Develop and maintain automated business solutions using SharePoint, Nintex Forms, and Nintex Workflows.

• Configure integrations between SharePoint and external systems, including SQL databases and web services.

• Manage SharePoint content databases and perform database maintenance activities to support system performance and reliability.

• Monitor SharePoint environments, troubleshoot issues, and provide ongoing production support.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement enhancements and improve business processes using SharePoint solutions.

• Provide user training, technical guidance, and documentation to support effective use of SharePoint.

• Support and maintain related technologies, including IIS, Active Directory, SQL Server, and mail integration.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of qualifications and relevant work experience.

• Experience administering and supporting Microsoft SharePoint environments.

• Experience developing SharePoint and Nintex Forms and Workflows.

• Knowledge of SharePoint administration, Business Connectivity Services, and SharePoint service applications.

• Experience with SQL Server, IIS, Active Directory, and SharePoint integrations.

• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
