UI/UX App Designer

Job Description

• Complete tasks splited from the Lead Designer. Finish app and web design tasks based on the Lead Designer’s instructions.

• Communicate with engineers about development content, considering a certain degree of screen transitions.

- The Lead Designer worked at ex-GAFA US for over 5 year, designed a world-wide famous social media App. She is friendly and could provide mentor program for junior level app desginers.

Requirements

• Native-level Japanese (able to gain insights into Japanese local consumers at a native level).

• Conversational-level English or Chinese (able to communicate to some extent, as the Lead Designer only speaks English/Chinese).

• Proficiency in Figma and Canva.

- Work Experience in designing for consumer-facing web and app projects, current or past affiliation with web, tech, or startup companies (students and those from design consulting companies are not eligible to apply).

Work Conditions

• Work location: Remote work allowed, with the ability to come to the Roppongi Hills ANRI CIRCLE Office once a month.

• Working hours: Flexible working hours (no core time, no flexible time).

Salary

• Probation period: 6 months after joining (salary same as permanent employment during this period).

• Start date (option): ASAP (within 3 months is the target).
