Why we are hiring

As the need to improve software quality and reduce testing time grows, an increasing number of companies are choosing Autify, which allows no-code automation. However, the lack of clarity in basic and detailed design documents often poses challenges in designing tests, let alone automation. In these cases, proposals for the design – testing – quality analysis and quality improvement for manual tests are required before implementing automated tests. We are looking for individuals who can lead projects aimed at improving the quality of client systems, leveraging Autify’s product suite.

Responsibilities

As a member of the testing team, you will be responsible for creating the scenario for automation testing and building automated tests using Autify for the clients’ development projects in accordance with the plan agreed upon between our QA Consultant and the client. In addition, you will be involved in manual test design and execution.

• Facilitating and sharing information from the creation of the test plan to its design, implementation, and completion

• Driving test automation projects hands-on

*If requested by the client, you may work on-site.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Japanese at a business level

• Experience in test design and execution (approximately 2 years or more)

*Our guideline: You must be familiar with test levels and test types and have experience reviewing test design documents by others.

Preferred

• Experience using Autify

• Experience in test design using factor level tables, writing test charters, conducting exploratory tests

• Certification of JSTQB Foundation Level or higher

• Experience in working with clients at a third-party testing company, etc.

• Experience implementing code-based tests, including unit tests and integration tests

• QA experience in agile development

• Experience in managing quality control projects in-house or in a third-party testing company

• English communication skills
