Azure Cloud Engineer (Ref 26515)

Responsibilities • Operate and continuously improve company's Azure- based SaaS platforms to meet SLAs and support growth. • Maintain and troubleshoot infrastructure,  including incident response and on-call participation. • Improve reliability through monitoring, alerting, and proactive performance management. • Work closely with engineers, operations teams, and stakeholders to deliver reliable outcomes. • Maintain runbooks, operational standards, and support mentoring across teams.

Requirements • Bachelor in Computer Science with 3 years experience in Azure cloud • Experience operating and supporting SaaS platforms in Microsoft Azure. • Experience operating and troubleshooting IIS with .NET applications. • Experience with SQL Server and Azure SQL Managed Instance. • Solid knowledge of monitoring, logging, and tracing (Datadog experience is a plus). • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills during incidents. • Experience with Kubernetes, containerisation, and supporting tools. • Collaborative communicator who thrives in cross-functional, fast-paced environments. • Good to have experience in Scripting or automation skills (C# is a plus), experience with Remote Desktop Architecture, basic Linux experience • Security-focused engineering or compliance experience. • Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code, particularly Terraform. • Customer-facing incident communication experience.
