Responsibilities: - Optimal process design and new process development for FCBGA substrates
- Design and development of large body & high-layer semiconductor package substrates
- Design optimization support for high-performance server/AI products
- Development of next-generation server new process methods and advanced elemental technologies
- Support for process improvement activities and mass production yield stabilization
Preferred qualifications: - PH.D degree in a related major such as Electrical, Electronic, Metal, Materials, Chemical, Mechanical Engineering, etc.
- Holders of Electronic Engineer, Industrial Engineer Semiconductor Design, or related certifications
- Proficient in design programs such as AutoCAD, etc.

Role: Process Development
Location and employment: - Busan
Responsibilities: - Acquisition of processing technology for new package products and process improvement
- Development of Solder Ball and component precision mounting process on substrate surface
- Development of copper plating advanced technology and elemental technology for next-generation package substrates
- Development of plating technology such as Large via filling, X-hole filling, TGV filling
- Mass production and stabilization of developed technologies
- Development of state-of-the-art plating/Wet process equipment and elemental technology for high-difficulty products such as large-area/high-layer substrates
- Pre-securing of plating/Wet equipment and development of component-related technologies for high-difficulty products such as Glass Core, Cu Post, SR Thinning
- Review of specifications for state-of-the-art plating/Wet equipment for FCBGA capacity expansion and support for mass production stabilization
Preferred qualifications: - PH.D degree in a related major such as Electronic, Electrical, Mechanical, Materials, Polymer, Physics, Chemistry, Metal, Chemical Engineering, etc.
- Holders of Surface Treatment Craftsman, PCB Master certifications

Responsibilities: - Reliability test design and evaluation · Establishment of IT/automotive reliability evaluation criteria and infrastructure setup
- Defect analysis and failure mechanism identification
- Simulation and accelerated life modeling
- Impedance and S-Parameter evaluation
- Verification of root cause for process quality abnormalities and review of countermeasure effectiveness
- Customer audit and customer issue response, follow-up on subsequent improvements
- Preventive quality management through quality system (SPC) monitoring
- Customer response related to reliability · Coordination of customer specifications and qualification conditions, response to customer issues
Preferred qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or above in a related major such as Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials/Chemical Engineering, etc.
- Those with intermediate or higher English conversation skills (OPIc IM3 or above)
- Holders of CRE, Quality Management Engineer, CQE, CQA, or related certifications
- Those with experience in failure analysis and reliability evaluation (ALT)
- Those with experience in FCBGA Assembly and PKG substrate work
- Those with experience in PKG and OSAT work

- Partner capacity operation and advance preparation based on mid-to-long-term plans
