about the job You will drive the end-to-end production life-cycle, from fabric development and sample execution to final shipment, ensuring quality and timelines are met for every buying season.

• End-to-End Development: Lead the sampling process from initial fabric sourcing through to final production-ready samples.

• Commercial Negotiation: Manage vendor relationships and lead cost negotiations to meet business KPIs and margin targets.

• Timeline Management: Own the production "critical path" to ensure on-time shipments and resolve any manufacturing bottlenecks.

• Operational Excellence: Utilise PLM systems and advanced Excel to provide accurate data tracking and process optimisation.

skills and experience required

• Min. 4 years of apparel sourcing experience

• Bachelor's degree qualification
