Position Overview
The Sr. Director, Operational Governance, Readiness, Standards is a strategic executive leadership role responsible for overseeing the integration of complex systems and ensuring organizational operational readiness. This leader establishes and maintains the governance processes that ensure operational readiness, technical standards, data integrity, KPI alignment, and continuous improvement are consistently applied across all data center campuses and enterprise operational functions.
Owning the governance of the Systems Integration operating model, this role ensures that engineering, construction, commissioning, operations, Business Operations, and AI Infrastructure operate from a common set of standards and metrics. Introduced to institutionalize the processes built during Phase 1 and Phase 2, this position enables repeatable execution, cross-site consistency, and scalable growth across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the enterprise OR program, gate framework, and sign-off governance to ensure consistent, evidence-based operational readiness across all campuses.
- Govern enterprise standards (SOPs, MOPs, EOPs), documentation lifecycle management, and Systems Integration operating models.
- Develop and execute comprehensive systems integration strategies and roadmaps aligned with organizational objectives.
- Lead cross-functional coordination across Engineering, Construction,
Commissioning, Operations, and AI Infrastructure to reduce friction and improve accountability.
- Establish and govern the Systems Integration KPI framework, executive dashboards, and performance reporting for portfolio health visibility.
- Overseer operational data governance, metadata standards, and systems of record to support analytics and informed decision-making.
- Drive continuous improvement through portfolio performance reviews, lessons learned, root cause trends, and maturity assessments.
- Manage complex technical environments, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability across enterprise platforms.
- Lead organizational change management, risk mitigation, and training programs for major system implementations.
- Build consensus among diverse stakeholders and manage relationships with external vendors and system integrators.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 12+ years of progressive experience in systems integration or technical leadership, with 5+ years in senior management.
- Demonstrated success leading large-scale enterprise system implementations and change management programs.
- Relevant certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or Six Sigma are preferred.
- Experience with digital transformation initiatives and multi-site management.

- Travel: Estimated 20-25%
- Availability: On-call support during critical implementations
The range below reflects the base salary for the position. Actual compensation may vary based on job-related factors such as skill set, experience, education, and location. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for bonus, equity, and/or commission programs.
