Product Engineer (Water Quality Instruments)

[Job ID: 1643544] Responsibilities:
- Develop in-depth knowledge of water quality instruments and their applications.
- Provide technical support to distributors and internal stakeholders.
- Perform hands-on testing, diagnostics, and product troubleshooting.
- Manage warranty claims, issue return goods authorizations (RGA), and track replacement shipments.
- Collaborate with design teams to create technical materials such as application notes, manuals, videos, and marketing collaterals.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to deliver product expertise and support initiatives.
- Conduct product training, seminars, and workshops for distributors and customers.
- Assist in developing product documentation, including manuals, presentations, and FAQs.
- Organize webinars, seminars, and product launch events.
- Prepare and distribute newsletters and updates.
- Stay updated on industry trends by attending exhibitions and related events.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Engineering, preferably with a background in Chemistry or Environmental Science.
- Minimum 2 years of laboratory testing experience, preferably in electrochemistry products such as meters and electrodes.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High attention to detail with strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
