Service Engineer $5K (EAA)

Job Responsibilities:

• Attend to customer enquiries and complaints, including on-site calls.

• Recommend preventive measures and provide prompt and effective resolution to technical problems.

• Assist customers with prompt resolutions for any product or service issues.

• Responsible for setting up, installation and troubleshooting of semiconductor equipment at customer sites.

• Responsible for providing pre and post sales technical support to service and upgrade equipment.

• Assist in technical training for customers on setup, operations and maintenance.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationship.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering.

• At least 2 years of relevant working experience with knowledge in semiconductor and cleanroom environment.

• Good analytical and interpersonal skills.

• Strong communication skills.

• Good team player with ability to lead and multi-task.

• Must be able to work long hours in a cleanroom environment.

• Able to travel within short notice.
