IT BUSINESS ANALYST

Key Responsibilities

• Analysebusiness needs and translate them into clear, delivery-ready requirements

• Maintain requirements, backlog items, decisionlogs, and project documentation

• Support workshops, requirements clarificationsessions, and stakeholder discussions

• Perform impact analysis and identify gaps,risks, assumptions, and dependencies

• Support testing activities, defect triage, andbusiness validation

• Build and maintain project knowledge repositories and working documentation

• Assist with project coordination, action tracking, follow-ups, and delivery preparation

Key Requirements

• 3–7years of Business Analyst experience, preferably within insurance, reinsurance, financial services, or a related domain

• Strong requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation skills

• Experience creating user stories, process flows, functional specifications, and supporting delivery documentation

• Comfortable working with developers, architects, testers, and other technical stakeholders

• Able to understand APIs, integrations, dataflows, and system interactions at a functional level

• Familiarity with Agile delivery practices and Azure DevOps is preferred

• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills

• Able to navigate complex projects involving multiple systems, stakeholders, and dependencies

• Proactive, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
