Oracle ADF Application Support Developer (Ref 26435)

Responsibilities • As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for acting as software detectives, providing a dynamic service by identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. • You are expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert. • Active participation and contribution in team discussions are required, along with providing solutions to work-related problems. Intermediate proficiency in Oracle ADF is required. • Additionally, beginner proficiency in Application Remediation, IT Troubleshooting, Engineering Support, and PL/SQL (Programming Language) is suggested. • Analyze system performance and identify areas for improvement. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system functionality. • Document troubleshooting processes and solutions for future reference. • Provide training and support to team members on system updates and changes. • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure optimal system performance.

Requirements • Degree / Diploma in Computer Programming or related discipline • Strong proficiency in Oracle Forms and Oracle Reports development, including form triggers, built-ins, libraries, and runtime configuration. • Hands-on experience in Oracle ADF (Application Development Framework) for building and maintaining web-based enterprise applications. • Solid expertise in PL/SQL programming, Oracle Database schema design, stored procedures, functions, and performance tuning. • Proven experience supporting or modernising legacy Oracle applications and integrating them with newer platforms. • Good understanding of SDLC, Agile practices, and structured testing methodologies. • Experience deploying and troubleshooting applications in environments using WebLogic or equivalent Oracle middleware technologies.
