🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Support process validation for new equipment and manufacturing processes

• Troubleshoot technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions

• Assist in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency

• Participate in cross-functional projects to improve operational performance

• Evaluate manufacturing processes and equipment to ensure compliance with operational standards

• Fabricate and maintain basic jigs and fixtures

• Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and process records

• Work closely with engineers and internal stakeholders to achieve production goals

✅ Requirements

• Diploma or higher in Engineering or a related discipline

• At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing, engineering support, or semiconductor environments

• Experience in a production or factory setting

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Able to work rotating 12-hour shifts after the training period

Role Suitability

• Process Technician: Diploma in Engineering with at least 2 years of relevant semiconductor or manufacturing experience.

• Process Engineer: Candidates with higher qualifications and/or more extensive relevant engineering experience are encouraged to apply.

🕒 Working Hours Training Period (First 3 Months)

• Monday to Friday

• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

After Training

• Weekly rotating 12-hour shifts:Day: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PMNight: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM

Choose one of the following fixed 4-day work patterns:

• Team A: Monday – Thursday

• Team B: Friday, Saturday, Monday & Tuesday

• Team C: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday
