Finance Manager (Consumer Services)

Our client is a leading operator in the Consumer Services industry, managing a network of centers across the region. Due to business needs, they are looking to recruit a Finance Manager to be part of their team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the Central Region.

The Finance Manager will be responsible for:

• Oversee the full spectrum of finance and accounting operations for the company's Singapore entities, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.

• Monitor financial performance through analysis of profitability, costs, budgets, and operational trends.

• Lead statutory and external audits for Singapore entities and support regional group audit activities by coordinating with finance teams and external auditors.

• Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and regulatory requirements, including corporate tax, payroll tax, and statutory filings.

• Manage cash flow, treasury activities, and support capital financing initiatives.

• Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting, month-end closing, and finance processes, including AP/AR workflow optimisation and finance transformation projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.

• Chartered Accountant qualification (ACCA, ICA, CPA, or equivalent).

• 6–7 years of finance and accounting experience, including external audit experience gained in a leading accounting firm.

• Minimum 2–3 years of managerial experience leading accounting or audit teams
