Data Operations Executive | Pasir Panjang

Job Scope

• Support day-to-day operations for MCDR, HEALIX, and Tableau projects.

• Monitor the Data Ops mailbox, track incoming requests, record them in the tracker, and notify the team as needed.

• Prepare weekly reports on Data Ops requests and monitor turnaround times to ensure SLAs are met.

• Assist with user onboarding and data access requests.

• Support ad hoc administrative and operational tasks for the Data Ops and Data Engineering teams.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in IT, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or related fields.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.

• Able to work independently and learn quickly.

Contract Duration: 1 September 2026 to 31 August 2027 (subject to extension) Working Arrangement:

• Mondays to Thursdays: 8.30am to 6pm

• Fridays: 8.30am to 5.30pm 1 hour lunch break
