Senior Engineer [Electrical | Power Plant]

• Support business development activities by building strong relationships with clients, developers, consultants, and EPC partners while identifying new project and after-sales opportunities within the power generation industry.

• Lead the preparation of technical tenders and proposals, including technical evaluations, bid documentation, risk assessments, and proposal presentations for power generation projects.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and headquarters to develop competitive technical solutions, ensuring compliance with customer specifications and project requirements.

• Participate in technical discussions, bid clarifications, negotiations, and customer presentations throughout the tendering and project award stages.

• Provide engineering and project execution support by coordinating with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery and successful contract execution.

• Deliver post-project technical support, maintain strong customer relationships, and contribute to continuous business growth through effective after-sales service and technical consultation.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as an Electrical Engineer within the power generation industry.

• Strong knowledge of CCGT, EPC projects, steam power equipment, and related electrical systems.

• Hands-on experience in pre-sales, technical tendering, and proposal preparation.

• Experience bidding for large-scale gas turbine or power generation projects will be an added advantage.
